We provide our clients with monthly one on one meetings, financial statements, property inspections, a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan, and thorough tenant screenings. Our business model includes services for our client’s tenants such as on-call emergency maintenance, alerts for scheduled maintenance, welcome gifts for new tenants, occupancy anniversary gifts, and consistent tenant engagement through scheduled communications.
